Highly realistic and nicely textured model which imported into Blender 3.3.1 with no problems using the provided OBJ import file. Minor issues: Not real world scaled so you will need to rescale x/y/z in Blender to 0.018 which worked for me. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. These models were easily adapted for TRS22. I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this model and recommend it to others, especially those who need content for computer games and simulations!
