Well, you got to have doors in your game environments and they might be as well nicely made and low poly...
Slightly worn wooden door...
Model is build on metric, the door itself is 240 height / 100 width
Good to go FBX files with pivots in the right place:
2.Door - should be aligned in your 3D Engine / Software with the hinge cylinder in order to have a perfect rotation
3.Mesh_For_Painting - you can use this model in Substance or Quixel to make your own materials
4K PBR Textures: Color, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, RMA packed per channel (Roughness, Metallic, Occlusion)
4K Baked Textures from High Polys if you want to repaint it in Substance or Quixel - Material ID, Normal, Curvature, Occlusion - you can use the Mesh_For_Painting.fbx file for this if you want
Important:
The 3D models contain weighted normals, the shading of the low poly is controled at vertex level not with smoothing groups, it should be imported in your game engine with Tangents and Binormals selected
Cheers!
