Vase with floral carving ornament and lilac flowers 3D model

Two vases with lilac flowers. First vase has the real geometry with carvings. Second vase is a flat geo with displacement map. Vase with real carvings has 20639 polygons and 20334 vertices (without turbosmooth modifier applied). The process of creation: firstly I created the alpha mask with floral patterns and used it as a reference image for the cut tool in 3ds Max to make it easier cutting all of the holes, placing the control loops and making some extrusions. After the carved panel was created I used mirror (symmetry) modifier to mirror similar pattern, bend modifier to bend the plane with carvings 360 degrees around Z axis, and FFD box (lattice) modifier to create the shape of the vase. Then added turbosmooth mod. And it was rendered in Vray. I also made another slightly different version of this vase after baking and projecting displacement map from the surface that I have created. That was done by using Projection modifier and Render to texture feature. Then I made the UV map and added Vray displacement modifier to create that second version of the vase. Lilac flowers I created, mostly, in the Speed Tree.
