I think these are really great but there are some issues if you don't have 3ds Max. I tried to import all of the secondary files in Milk Shape, Blender, C4D, and Deep Exploration, The geometry loads but either there are no textures loaded or the UVs are messed up. the filenames in the materials are truncated by 3ds Max's exporter. I ended up having to guess at what texture went where in Deep Exploration. Some of the Windows in one of the houses don't line up there are small gaps to the inside of the model. All of these issues where easy fixes but I paid a lot of money for an out of the box product and wanted to make sure there was some notification posted about these issues for others thinking of buying.
