Why the original character rig with controllers and the unbaked keys is not included ?

Sorry! But I don't understand what do you mean "unbaked keys". If you need some special pose or just rigged model without animation - no problem.

I thought the character was animated then baked because what I get is joints with keys on them on every frame and no controllers at all. I need the original rigged character before any export or baking animated or not.

I need more details about this. Could you give me screen shot of right rigged model (with controllers if you need). What 3D redactor do you use?
