If you have 3d software (Maya, Max) to open the fbx, either delete the end joints named "_Null" or rename those as Unreal probably doesn't like repeated names under a hierarchy. If you are not capable of fixing it, let me know.

For Maya, this worked for me. Import the FBX, look for the outliner, collapse the entire skeleton in there, delete all _null joints, send to Unreal, save your fbx and import in Unreal.

Would still be nice to have this work with UE4 without extra work for the price it is sold for.
