The angel wings look great and are fairly light weight geometry wise. And the wing movement is outstanding. That said, while it does have a blend test file option, The animated wings are nearly entirely unusable! The animation can neither be tweaked, or posing done. As the animation is a baked in file. Which cannot be “unbaked” in blender. So I was forced to do some serious work arounds to incorpate it into a scene. Luckily, the artist provided an unanimated OBJ version of the wings. And using auto rig pro in blender, I added a bird rig. Then I stripped away all the unecessary bones in the rig, leaving only a few FK bones for the wings and feathers. Then I rigged the angel wings to this simplified wing skeleton. And wallah! They’re semi functional! So, while the artistic oiece is 5 star, the functional piece is 1 star. So Im giving 3 stars overall. If it came with a functional FBX skeleton, Id give 5 stars in a minute

Feather layout is fine. Would not call it "rigged" per si; in terms of posing, you're pretty much stuck with the single alembic action. If I didn't know how to use blender's deform modifiers, I would not be able to put this model to any use.
