The Beechcraft C-6 was used as a replacement for the aging C-45 Expeditor as a twin engine small transport. The C-6 would later lead to the development and acquisition of the C-12 Hurons by Beechcraft in the 1970s. The C-6 was built using the C90, C100 or E90 and E100 King Air.
