Alexander Liwentaal sailplane

Alexander Liwentaal sailplane 3D model

Description

It is believed (by some historians) that Alexandre Liwentaal (3. Januar 1868 – 13. August 1940) was actually the first man to build a flying airplane. This 3D model is a replica of what is believed to have been the first plane ever. The plane flew 80 meters in 1894.

The 3D model has a 3-meter wingspan and is made to build a real-size replica (see pictures) of the plane. It is possible to add cloth texture to the model.
