DESCRIPTION

Aero Foil - Airwing Concept.

Technically speaking:

if you pushed out air from the sides of a plane, where the wings would be, and pushed out sideways through angled slits hard enough, and compress the output, accelerating the air flow making it faster, one could actually create lift from a invisible wing, saving weight and perhaps turn it more fuel efficient.

the perpendicular output could generate resistance to act like a wing without there actually being a wing for creating lift. one could vary the output velocity, or change the angle and or [shape] size of the output air slits, to change the airwings properties E.g. flight characteristics mid-flight.

say you needed shorter wings, lessen the power, say you wanted more lift, change the slits angle etc.. characteristics mid-flight. say you needed shorter wings, lessen the power, say you wanted more lift, change the slits angle etc..

it would technically be a wingless plane, but Airwing or Aero-foil has a nicer ring to it.
