If you see any other versions of it being sold here, they have just stolen it from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6652740, which was licenced under this Creative Commons: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ so basically they're doing an illegal thing. This model is free and will always be free.

A self balancing bird toy I designed as an experiment, which turned out to work perfectly after a few iterations.

It was sculpted using zbrush and refined using Blender.
