DESCRIPTION

This model is a good opportunity to turn on the CNC router and convert some scrap wood or plywood in the garage into a attractive staff for your home or as craft gifts for your friends.

The photo (the first five) shows a real object made of oak or plywood, which is processed with a 15.87 mm (0,625') Ball Nose cutter with a 1.0 mm stepover and has dimensions of 280x280mm (11.02x11.02’), a thickness of 20.5 mm (0.807’).

The following five images show other possible options for 3D Finishing Toolpath with a 15.78 mm (0,625') Ball Nose cutter with different parameters.

Layers of plywood the geometry of this model shows as a spectacular rhythmic pattern. Plywood has defects in the inner layers, which after processing become an integral part of the artistic image of the product.

In the last image you can see the original model Ø440mm (17.32’), 20.5 mm (0.807’) thickness for the STL-file. Also the bundle included a STEP-file, a DXF-file for operations on vectors and a PDF-file with details of processing the pocket under the standard quartz mechanism 56x56mm (2.2x2.2’).The STL-file has 2396 polygons and 2013 vertices. If you need a different number of polygons and vertices or a different 3D model format, please let me know.

The final material result depends on your experience, on your tools, and of course on your cnc router, on your software and on a created g-code so please analyze your experience and your cnc router before purchasing. I do not accept returns.

Enjoy. Thanks.
