In native .blend file you can turn off the particle system for performance reasons. It was added to add a little realism to the object.

Every format archive (.fbx, .obj) includes textures for ease of use. After importing files you need to set up normal and roughness textures as a non color data, otherwise it may give glitchy effects. (maybe not, it did when I was testing it on my end).
