DESCRIPTION

This is a dual-belt traction machine, a core auxiliary equipment for cable, pipe and profile extrusion production lines. It provides stable and continuous traction force for extruded products such as wires, pipes and profiles, realizing uniform traction and constant-speed conveying, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and production continuity of extruded products, and is widely used in plastic extrusion, wire and cable, pipe processing and other industries.The machine is equipped with two sets of symmetrically arranged annular traction belts, which provide uniform and non-damaging traction force through large-area contact with the workpiece. It is driven by a motor and reducer, with a manual handwheel adjustment device driven by trapezoidal lead screws to adjust the distance between the upper and lower belts. This structure features labor-saving operation, precise positioning and strong self-locking performance, flexibly adapting to the traction requirements of workpieces of different specifications. The integrated cabinet frame with universal wheels and adjustable support feet ensures convenient movement, stable operation and easy maintenance.
