DESCRIPTION

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is an example of a cookie cutter working class house in Paulwall. Built in the 40's and near the industrial yard, this area was for the workers in the factories when built. However, today, the factories have closed and the businesses moved. Now it is a substandard neighborhood with crummy little things (houses) such as this. Police respond to constant happenings here, Firefighters battle arson blazes that commonly break out here. Most of Paulwall is generally kept pretty nice. But when you get across the train tracks, you enter what locals call crackhead country. Bad little houses in long rows and several neighborhoods among trash, and vacant lots and low class people. Not the place to be at night. 2 bedroom houses, 1 bathroom is the norm. families ranging from 1 to 6 live in these cr@p-holes. Some still have asbestoes in them. Badly built, rickety, creaky. Cold in winter, miserable in summer. Only some have basements and garages. Most do not. Shootings, theft, and vandalism are so common, not a place for any woman or kid to be at night. Sometimes prostitutes make their appearance. Over the trees, you see the buildings of downtown Paulwall. lots of people out of work or out of jail, meth addicts, uneducated, holes in jeans, rusting cars, you name it! Stay safe! Well I hope you enjoy this retro house, or cottage bungalow and please rate. I have a Facebook page :)
