It sits in an old neighborhood lined with many, many others very similar to it, all looking alike, a few hundred houses in a few neighborhoods, where you'd see these homes from the 30's and the 40's. They sit just east and southeast of the Paulwall downtown district. The old houses are fairly cheap, certainly not the best neighborhood, the side of town where window bars are common although are absent from this model. Though the houses in long rows look a lot alike, there are some variations such as sidings, some brick, some frame. Some have 2 bedrooms, some have 3. This house has 2 bedrooms at back however, some of the homes have the bedrooms on the side. All of the houses have only wone bathroom and a lightly pitched roof. A lot of these houses retained their retro kitchen appliances and they all have basements. Some perks to living in this neighborhood is that it is blocks away from the Paulwall College and near the main library as well as some shopping.
