Ranch House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Yes, I can say I've truly mastered the art of the ranch!!! Ughhh...I don't know...anyway, this is a small ranch house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Hey, this puny thing's got more than that! It has a fantastically efficient kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, everything you need, and fits the magic triangle rule. There is a slider in back where the dining room is. Open living and dining make for a space that looks a little bigger. The arched fire place offers a warm focal point for the living room. The secondary bathroom contains the laundry room. The hot water heater has also been included. I thank Google for the bare template of the outer walls (porch and roof) as well. I, however, gave it its inovative floorplan without altering or moving any outer wall. The roof was kept as well. I added the character to the house by giving it its arched windows and columns in front. I also think the shutters made for a great touch as well. The roof is on a layer so turn it off to place your furnishings inside with ease. Enjoy this one and please, as always, rate.
