This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is an unusual house. I was experimenting at first but I was able to make a working house from ideas. I shot for something different and origional. Here is an octagonal House with a large hemispheric dome up top giving it a unique mushroom form. It looks like something that would look great anywhere along the east coast with its worn shingle siding, wraparound colonial veranda, and its slender form. Perfect for your beachfront. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 living areas! The master suite is on the 3rd floor with his/her closets as well as his/her sinks.. 3 identical secondary bedrooms with their bath take up the second floor. The kitchen is linear with a triangular pantry. The dining room is actually the empty part of the kitchen (no formal dining). There is a basement. The front hall bathroom has a cool pentagonal shape. You can see all of this and more by using your layers menu. There are a lot of closets to accompany the intricate rooms! You enjoy and tell me what you think!
