This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This house is a cottage bungalow like house with its quaint front appearance. Sort of European-like in a way. It appears small but actually does have ample living space to be comfortable. Come inside to a great living room with a gas fire place and built-ins. Just beyond you get the dining/ kitchen combo with a great picture window. The rest includes three bedrooms and two bedrooms at back. Seems pretty obvious but I guess it is helpful for those who don't have Sketchup. There is no garage but you could put one on the right side of the house and make it link to the kitchen. The signature features this otherwise cookie cutter house could offer would be the roof curve and eyebrow dormer in front. It makes for a nice little neighborhood twist.
