House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 It's a house! Yeah, yeah, yeah, like we all know what it is, a house :P. But to reel them in is that you got to point out reasons for why they would even be interested. We all know it is a house but tell what we don't exactly know at a glance. Here we go! I'm sure you didn't know this house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and such. This home has a 2 story foyer and a 2 story family room with a gas fireplace and entertainment center. The living room is in front with columns and a bay window. The dining room has a chair rail. The house has a dream island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, many cabinets, and a walk-in pantry with a ton of shelf space! Your breakfast nook features a large slider that opens out onto a large rear deck. The den has a built-in bookcase and double doors. The house has no basement. To top off this house and to peak your interest, there is a great bonus room above the garage.
