This southern colonial stately looking house would be a fine addition to your southern neighborhood. It has that plantation feeling with its large front colonade and massive chimneys. All around you will find classic finishes to give it a good appeal. Expensive looking too. Come on in to a tall foyer. Here, this house has a living room (or den) in front with a large family room behind (both have fire places). On your left, there is a formal dining room. Beyond are the kitchen and breakfast room. Kitchen pantry is behind the refridgerator. One chimney has the two fire places, the other chimney is the mechanical rool. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a powder room off the entryway. Looking for the coat closet? It is in that little hall betwwen laundry room and garage. You get a deluxe master suite with all the fixin's.
