An update of DommK's version to using blender's rigify system. All credit to DommK (DommK can be found on DeviantArt and cgTrader) for modeling, texturing, UV-mapping, etc.
Only personal additions:
Teeth
Toon outline to Katia, not the clothing meshes due to performance constraints (Reference the solidify modifier and material outline in the blendfile).
Facial flexes (Through rigify rig, NOT through shapekeys)
Recolored eyes to be an off-white/green
I updated the model specifically for personal animations in blender so there will for now be no other version (i.e., fbx etc.) than the blender version of the model.
Expect some artifacts here and there as all weighting was done automatically through deliberate armature bone placements.
Katia has two approaches to clothing:

Actual clothing (i.e., clothing objects/meshes)
- These deform through surface deform and not armature weights
Texture clothing
Some amount of work would have to be done to make compatability for example vr-programs/games or proper armature deformation for the clothing.
Textures are packed to the blendfile.
