Classic Motel Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a classic Main Street motel for your Main Street setup. See, it really is just like most any motel you've seen or stayed at. The rooms are of actual motel size using actual dimensions, fitting in two queen sized beds, a desk, television, and full bathroom. The air conditioner is under the window sill. More so, this location houses a swiming pool complete with deck chairs and a pool house (locked). What is also locked is the front desk area, you're not missing much for it is a desk, brochure/ snack kiosk, and a records room really. Like some motels, no restraunt is present. Parking surrounds the building. The entire lot was included. I will say, I got some help with some Sketchup furniture (I made some furniture, though) and got some of the trees/bushes from some others but everything else, including the sign was made by me. I noticed a lot of motels have been built here on this website. This will supply healthy competition. I hope you enjoy this home away from home, just like a little house, and please rate :) NOTE: Anyone wondering about the vintage sign, the old motel burned down and a newer one was built in its place, keeping the sign. That also explains the young trees too.
