This is a designers forum. If you read in the previous messages about the exact same thing, there was advice to email support@cgtrader.com. Some designers have already done so, but have waited a few days for an answer. Others are still waiting, so it's best you get your email out as soon as possible, rather than wait for your post to get answered here by CGTrader staff.
First of all, it was the first thing I did, I sent an email to support, and if I do it here on the forum it's to get attention, and I got it because you're answering me.
And if you don't like it because you find my comment irrelevant, just don't comment. I need answers that help me solve my problem, I don't need you to criticize me. Have a nice day.
How am I supposed to know you emailed support when you didn't mention it in your message? I just thought you were just another fool not reading through previous posts regarding the same issue. If you need attention, go call your mother.
