Here is Emma Stone 3D printing ready model from Oscars 2017. Texture is photorealistic, but still I tried to keep skin tones unified for the best multicolor printing quality. There are no areas particularly thin, so you shouldn't have any problems with scaling this down.I created the model in ZBrush, Mudbox and Photoshop
