Here is Angelina Jolie 3D printing ready model. Texture is photorealistic, but still I tried to keep skin tones unified for the best multicolor printing quality. The scale is 1:10 (169 mm), but no areas are particularly thin, so you shouldn't have any problems with scaling this down. The dress is from the Oscars.
