This Saphire ring would be perfect for someone's birthday in September. but don't limit yourself as it is the band you are buying. so if you wanted you could put other gems in place. the bigger gem space holds a 2.6mm gem which would be 0.07Carats. the smaller spaces around the band hold a 2mm or 0.03Carat diamond. the band itself is a size 9 but this can be changed upon request
