Damage wide signet 3D print model

I bought another model from this designer. Previously I asked for additional sizes, but I was ignored , till my last negative review. The answer from the designer was unexpected - ''There won't be any price for additional sizes for you, you are absolutely inadequate.'' Dear seller - If you are selling cheap designs, that does not mean that your customer service has to be ''cheap'' as well !!!
