I designed this Capybara Bookend to add a sense of calm (and cuteness) to your reading space. Inspired by the internet's favorite Chill King, this little guy appears to be happily floating under your books, complete with his signature balancing orange on his head.

It is not just a decoration; it is a sturdy, functional bookend designed to hold your favorite novels in place.

What’s Included in the Download?

I have designed this model to be accessible for everyone, whether you have a multi-color printer (AMS/MMU) or a standard single-color machine. The download includes 4 STL files:

Option A: Split Parts (Recommended for Single Extruders)Perfect if you want the orange and body in different colors but don't have an AMS, or if you want to make painting easier.

Bookend_Stand.stl: The main L-shape structural support.Capy_Body.stl: The main body of the capybara.The_Orange.stl: The tiny orange for the top of his head (print this in bright orange!).Assembly: Simply use a drop of super glue to attach the parts together.Option B: All-in-One

Capy_Bookend_Full.stl: The entire model merged into one single piece. Ideal for multi-color printing systems or if you plan to paint the whole model by hand.

3D printing settingsRecommended Print Settings:Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS.Layer Height: 0.2mm works great, but 0.12mm will give you smoother details on the face.
