This is a simple, but effective adjustable parking assist. It is easy to assemble and install. It is mostly 3d printed, but dose requires some extra hardware.

- Drywall anchors (2x) (not included)
- Screws (2x) (shaft must be smaller than 10 mm in diameter) (not included)
- Paracord (the length depends on the height of your ceiling) (not included)
Print Instructions
- Material: PLA or PETG
- Supports: No
- Orientation: Print everything with its bottom facing the build plate
Assembly (as shown in photos)
- Step 1
- Cut your paracord to length (the paracord needs to be 1.5 to 2 times the distance from your ceiling to the point you want your parking assist to hang to)
- Thread one end of the paracord through the ball
- Then thread the same end through the stopper
- Tie an overhand knot on that end of the para cord to stop it from sliding out
- Step 2
- Thread the other end of the paracord through one of the holes on either end of the rope tensioner
- Then thread the rope into the middle hole of the rope tensioner
- Thread the rope through the ceiling bracket
- Pass the paracord through the last hole in the rope tensioner
- Tying overhand knot in the para cord to stop it from sliding out of the rope tensioner
- Step 3
- Place the ceiling bracket on the ceiling where you would like your parking assist to hang from
- Well you hold the ceiling bracket in place, push your screws through the holes in the ceiling bracket to make indents in the drywall
- Screw your drywall anchors into the ceiling, using the indents that you made in the drywall as a guide
- Screw the ceiling bracket into the ceiling using the drywall anchors
- Adjust your parking assist to the correct height
