Includes three file packs with armor for chest front and back, chest rig back strap guides, front and back details, bicep hangers, air vent shrouds, back vents, front lights, abb front and back, abb details, cod front, cod sides, cod details, cod pouches, cod strap covers, neck seal open and closed, shoulder L, bicep L, forearm L, glove L, thigh L, shin L and R, shin R details, knee and ankle joints, also included is strap guide pictures and a readme.
The chest of the suit follows along with the design of our newer suits, having a middle core everything will attach onto. It is recommended to make the core out of eva foam and glue/attach onto the chest back. Both have slots on the top, and back bottom for 1in straps to slide through and attach together (like a backpack). The front of the chest slides on with two guides, and 14, 15mm by 3mm neodymium magnets on the back and 14 on the front. There are also slots for two 80mm fans, sections to install lights, and slots for wires and batteries.
The shoulders magnetize onto the top of the chest and rest on the bicep hangers. They are held on by 4 15mm by 3mm neodymium magnets, two holding to the front, and two to the back of the chest.
A link to example magnets is provided in the readme.
The bicep has a 1.5in strap slot on top, to hold it to the bicep hanger. This allows the biceps to be held out further from the body.
The cod is fully segmented and each part aligns together, having a 1inch strap slots run through the cod parts, as well as the larger back pouches.
The thighs, knee joints, and shins, all strap together with a 1in strap. Id recommend a very very long strap to run continuously from the side of the cod, down to the boot, back up the inner leg and the the process reverse on the other leg.
All strapping references are provided in the strap ref folder.
Armor files are scaled for a 5ft 10in individual, but highly recommended to re-scale each piece corresponding to your specific needs.
Feel free to message me directly if you have any questions. Printer too small? I would recommend a slicer software for your printer, PrusaSlicer is free and easy to use. It can cut your model into smaller bits as well as any filament or printer tweaks before you print.
