Artaius Cosplay Helmet 3D printing files.
The files include the following:
- Artaius Helmet:
- Separated into many STLs for easier printing and post-processing (sanding, painting, etc.) Smaller helmet bits are separated in a folder; resin printing is recommended for these but can be printed in regular filament printers.
- See exploded view image for reference on the separated parts.
- Includes combined helmet .stl for sizing, miniatures, etc.
- All parts included in the files, no need for copying or mirroring parts. Most parts are orientated for best printing in FDM. Use split into objects feature in the printing slicer if you want to separate left/right parts in an stl.
- If you choose to print the helmet neck cover, TPU or any flexible filament is recommended since this decreases the entrance hole.
- Visor buck for vacuum forming.

Helmet can be split in half vertically to print without much supports.Helmet is sized for a 22'' head. Adjustments can be done (remember to size all files accordingly).Fits on 300 x 300mm printers, must be sliced for smaller ones.All parts account for FDM 3D printing tolerances.
UPDATES: - Modified Hinge Piece for Artaious Helmet.stl to avoid collision with helmet. - Added zip files with images of the visor teeths and cap label for stencil.
