The parts are only mechanically connected, without sticking.Large parts can be printed for time no more than 9 hours in a thin layers thickness and a very low velocity. Resulting is a high quality 3D print. It also allows the individual parts have a different color. Material PETG or PLA. Nozzle size 0.3 or 0.4 mm. layer Height 0.15 mm. Top layers 4 or 5. Infill Density 20%. Cooling 100 %. All parts are printed with support except part No 3. Part No 13 does not print. It is a piece of wire about 100 mm long and 3 mm thick. It shall be inserted in the hole of base 13 and the hole of Part No 3. Wall thickness for all parts is 1.2 mm without part 9. For part 9 wall thickness is 2.4 mm. Build Plate Adhesion: Raft (but with 0 raft top layers). Part No 9 should be heated to 60-65 ℃ and then bent.
