Hey everyone! I'm a big fan of The Boys show and as usual being a prop maker I thought about how cool it would be to make the helmet worn by Jensen Ackles A.K.A: Soldier Boy in the new season and print it to wear as cosplay.

If you are like me and you enjoy making your own armor cosplays/replicas then look no further.

Based on pictures and references from the show

Helmet scaled to fit most people (Dimensions displayed on 6th picture). Make sure to scale to your size every part of the armor before printing.
