DESCRIPTION

I originally made this for a friend upon request. I had the rear brackets cut and made by a blacksmith friend in an L-shape. Then, I combined them with a grader part that I had received. I secured everything using bolts, nuts, and washers through the holes I drilled in the inner frame.

Since the areas where the air conditioning vents are located remained open, the airflow helped keep the beverages inside cool during summer. In winter, they used it to keep their food warm.

To ensure heat resistance, the part was printed with PETG. It was printed with a 0.24mm layer height, three walls, and 15% infill, which resulted in a quite strong structure. You can achieve solid results with these settings. Unfortunately, due to the PETG I used or my printer’s capabilities, the print did not turn out perfectly smooth. However, with a higher-quality PETG or a better printer, you can achieve much better results.

The part fits perfectly as intended. You are free to mount it in any way that suits your needs.
