3D Printable Car Kit. This is a 3d printable kit of Ferrari 312P Berlinetta - modern version. The Ferrari 312 P was a Group 6 Prototype-Sports Car used for racing in 1969 and 1970. After boycotting sports car racing in 1968 to protest a rule change that also banned their 4-litre 330 P4, Ferrari built a 3000cc prototype in 1969, the 312 P. It was hardly more than a 3-litre F1 Ferrari 312 with open Barchetta, and later the closed top Berlinetta.
The model is very detailed, so make sure your printer can handle all the details before buying it. It is in real-world scale, so make sure you decide which scale you want to print the parts at. The first part (001-spc-body-middle-frame) is also the biggest, so you can decide while previewing it. If you want to sample a couple of parts to preview and test print (including the biggest part) before buying please contact me.
It contains 267 interlocking parts in STL, SolidWorks assembly, 3MF, F3D, 3DM, IGES, Parasolid, PLY, OBJ and STEP files. You can print them separated or you can choose to merge multiple parts and print together. There is a STL containing all parts merged so you can preview the whole model before you start printing, and there are multiple STL files for each part. I recommend the Solidworks, F3D, 3MF or STEP files for printing as they have a better resolution than STL.
It also contains multiple PNG files for artwork (dash gauges, emblems etc) to be printed and glued to the model and some SVG files with bumpmaps for the tire sidewalls if you want to use them fro displacement (3D texture).
The 3ds Max files included only work using the Power Nurbs addon.
Use 7-Zip to extract the archives if you have issues with them.
You are allowed to sell the 3d printed parts or the whole kit after printing, but you are not allowed to share or sell the digital 3d model.
Don't forget to rate the model. Thanks.
