PRINT TESTED!This model has been successfully printed and tested on a Bambu Lab A1 3D printer, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compatibility with the intended magazine type.
THE PARTS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS WERE PRINTED WITH THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS:These parts were 3D printed using PLA (not the strongest material, but easy to print). For longer-lasting parts, I recommend using PETG or, if your printer supports it, ABS or similar materials.
The printing was done on a Bambu Lab A1 printer equipped with a stainless steel 0.2 mm nozzle (you can use 0.4 mm nozzle), using Bambu Studio slicer with the standard PLA preset for the A1 and a 0.2 mm nozzle.
Infill: 2 walls and 100% infil.
Supports:Manual standard supports for the magazine baseplateAutomatic standard supports for the baseplate latch and BB feederSurface finish:To reduce visible layer lines, the fuzzy skin contour setting was used:Point distance: 0.18 mm for baseplate, 0.16 mm for latch and feederThickness: 0.18 mm for baseplate, 0.16 mm for latch and feederPrinting tip: Slow down the print speed when printing the baseplate text, as it is small and delicate to ensure clarity.
Post-processing: Make sure to carefully remove all support material to avoid interference with part fitment.
Fitment note: If the parts do not fit perfectly, this may be due to manufacturing tolerances in your steel magazine parts (batch variations). In such cases, try scaling the model by 0.01% to 0.05% to achieve a better fit.
