Maybe she's the sharp-eyed maman of a discreet brothel, or a crime family's matriarch disrobing in private for a young lover who doesn't yet realise how dangerous she is. She could just as easily be a local feudal concubine between ceremonies, or simply a woman alone in her ryokan quarters, preparing for a bath and a long meditation after another day under the Greater Good's watchful gaze.

The sculpt is intentionally open-ended, designed to slip into whatever story you need.
