Classic cyborg ninja helmet from mk3 and mk9 of Cyrax, Sektor, Smoke and Sub-Zero. I've also made holes on top for foam tubes. The outfits used for the cyborg ninjas in Mortal Kombat 3 game were actually a mix of BMX motocross gear, hockey protection, duct tape, and rubber tubing with some custom alterations made for the ninja part. Print the helmet and you can make the rest of the costume as they did for the game.
