Medusa 3d printing

Medusa 3d printing 3D print model

Description

Inspired by the work of the Argentine-Italian Luciano Garbati, the work depicts Medusa naked and with a slim figure, looking solemn, as if she seemed to rejoice in victory, holding Perseus' head with one hand and a sword in the other. In this sense, a contemporary statue would be a criticism of the myth.

A little-known aspect of the Medusa myth is the fact that she was once a beautiful woman, who was possessed by Poseidon against her will. But unlike Poseidon being punished, Medusa was blamed for desecrating a sacred space, since everything took place in the temple of Athena. The goddess then transformed her into the figure we know, a head full of snakes and a look that turns men into rock. Times after she was defeated by Perseus, who goes from Séfiro to the challenge of killing her.

Horrible model , do not buy. I repeat, DO NOT BUY! 2 necks on the model, he cut the head off and put another head on that is way out of alignment. And the hand with thew sword the same thing, left hand has 10 fingers, Yes 10! All of which you can not see before purchasing. Tried to get refunded but CGTRADER says model is what is listed. First and last experience with CGTRADER, will never use them again.
