DESCRIPTION

Kaprosuchus was a prehistoric crocodyliform that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, around 95 million years ago. Measuring about 6 meters (20 feet) in length, it was known for its unique boar-like teeth, which earned it the nickname Boar Croc. Kaprosuchus had a heavily armored body, long limbs, and a distinctive set of protruding canines that suggest it was a formidable predator, capable of hunting both in water and on land. Fossils of Kaprosuchus have been discovered in Africa, providing significant insights into the diversity and adaptations of ancient crocodyliforms.
