For the right side simply mirror the limbs, added inset eyes that you can merge to the head sculpt or delete if you wish to create inset eyes of your own. Elf ears are not modifiable unless you change the sculpt, flat chest allows you to sculpt new breasts to your liking. Feel free to use it for any physical art projects or digital ones!
