Bought this to use in Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) as a mod item. Was able to open it in Blender 2.91 without any issues, whatsoever and it ported to TRS19 without any problems, although I did have to re-scale the trawler to real world dimensions before porting it. The textures were first rate and looked great. Overall I was very pleased with this great looking item and I recommend it to others!
