Wheelchair Rig:
This rig works in Maya ONLY. No textures. Uvs of the back and seat ready. Smooth ready. The render images are rendered after smoothing or pressing key num 3 in Maya.

I am not sure to be honest, but the model is FBX so it should work fine in UE4 only the rig works in Maya.
Also, there are no textures in this model you have to put your own.

I hadn't realized these were 'Smoothed Renders' which I probably should have because one of the screenshots shows them unsmoothed. The actual mesh isn't as smooth as the smoothed renders make it appear, so don't expect to use it in games or rendering outside of Maya but now the author plainly states 'The render images are rendered after smoothing or pressing key num 3 in Maya. ' so can't fault the creator on that.
