Compact detailed pirate ship with an efficient 188013 vertex count for such a large scale object, the first 38454 vertices for accessory objects. The hull shape, wall, and quarterdeck placement works well for laying over a 3 x 7 grid. I'm hoping a larger version will eventually be available. Includes a rear quarterdeck with wheel, a rear balcony, mast, sail, crows nest, stays, and jib. As is often the case for large walk through objects like this, inside areas like the inner hull walls and underside of the deck aren't textured. Doing so would allow a cargo hold to be used for games. As it is I'm adding my own walls and ceiling for this area. Unique 3D wood and metal textures contrast well between floors, walls, and items. I particularly liked the depth effect in the recesses between the floor planks when lit by an OpenGL point light source such as a lantern. The layout is quite amenable to custom additions and several handy items are included such as barrels, boxes, bottles, a life buoy, and an odd item that appears to be a wooden life buoy. Sixteen 2048x2048 texture map sets are included, allowing high detail. A mobile application would likely have to reduce the resolution of most of these for space, but one texture I would keep at 2048 is the hull texture. This particular texture includes several interesting details such as knotting, barnacles, and a mysterious small dark hole. Great item for a ghost or undead infested ship in an open world game and a prime example of the vast and complex range of model work by svetlana13.
