Beautifully textured and highly realistic looking low poly models that imported into Blender 4.3.2 with no problems using the provided FBX import files. Minor issues: (1) not real world scaled so I had to re-scale them (x/y/z = 0.1) and (2) Ambient Occlusion (AO) and roughness texture maps were not included so I had to create them myself using Adobe Substance software. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. These models were easily adapted for TRS22. I exported these models into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and they looked exactly as they should and were trouble free. I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of these models and recommend them to others, especially those who need content for computer games and simulations!
