A Texture-Pack containing 30 Materials. Easy of the materials is PBR ready, as well as suitable for using in games and offline-renderer. I tested the textures in UnrealEngine4 and Blender. Have a look at the preview pictures for detail and tiling.
Each material comes in 2k/4k (depending on the source scan). All materials include:

-Bright Wall (chalk painted)
-Colorful Stone Wall (clean as well, with some dark spots between the stones)
-Cracked Plaster Wall (Clay-Wall, yellow-ish)
-Dark Roof Tiles (classic European shingles)
-Dark Wall Clean (classic European Wall made from grey stones and some plastering)
-Dirty Grass (a mixture of approximately 30% grass and 70% Dirt)
-Forest 02 (Brown Forest Ground)
-Grassy Mountain Dirt (A mixture of around 40% fine grass and 60% yellow-ish dust)
-Greek Wall Old (A clean stone wall texture and some plastering between the stones)
-Green Gravel (A mixture of fine stones and some green spots)
-Grey Gravel (many small sharp stones)
-Grey Planks (Bright wood planks)
-Jungle Forest Ground (A mixture of grey dirt, some stones and small green spots)
-Medium Green Jungle (some green spots on dirt, stones and needles from a pine)
-Mountain Gravel (Yellow dust and some small stones)
-Peppeled Grass (Some wobbly grass on a dust ground)
-Plaster Mini Stone (plastered wall with some dark stone peeking out)
-Red Rock (Yellow-ish to red rock, clean)
-Red Splashed Wall (A clay plastered wall with red paint)
-Rust Rock (Yellow to brown rock looking a bit rusty)
-Scan Dirt (Bright "clean" dirt surface)
-Scan Road (Scanned rough road surface )
- Stony Surface I (Dark stones and dark Dirt)
-Stony Surface II (Medium bright surface from stones and dirt as well as some small green spots)
- Wheat plastered wall (Plastered wall with some wheat peeking out)
- White plastered wall (A white wall with some brown spot)
- White Rock (White rock surface with dark cracks)
-White Sand (White sand surface where people walked trough. Really bumpy)
Two notes for the end:
1st.: The pack contains all textures from my scanned rock/ground/walls/various-pack. If you already have bought one of these, consider to buy one of the other pack separately. Otherwise you might end up with two identical materials.
2nd.: If you use the normal-maps in DirectX based rendering and the shadows are strange, try to invert the green-channel.
