There are 1,105,920 ways in which the seven Soma pieces can be made into the cube. The 2 figures are Sam's Sitting Dog on the left and The Gallows on the rite. The 7 pieces are scattered around the completed cube. Take the blue piece, invert it, and it becomes a cube. This has been virtually enlarged to a 10' square cube, large enough to walk thru. That's the Crystal. The actual size of each cube is 1 1/8 inch square. I have had this puzzle since the 1970s. Pieces are components, try to make something else with them. And yes, I painted each part different to make it easier to make the figures in the booklet, which is stored in the base. Have fun. Bob
