Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This house could be in a lake, lowland, swamp, etc. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, utility building, and a great room with living, dining, kitchen areas. It also has a boat/swimming dock, a diving dock, and a fishing dock. It is connected by a causeway to the mainland. Each building is separate, connected to the causeway.
