While there's not any claim that these assets are for game use, buyers should realize these are not game-ready models. Topology is unusable for anything other than high-poly kit-bashing, and a lot of the elements are so gundam-like you probably couldn't use them as-is without getting Bandai-Namco coming after you. I'm glad I only paid half-price. Don't get me wrong, the work is beautifully done, but don't expect to use them in unreal or anything like that without spending a lot of time cleaning up topology and UVing them. Each object is way over 100k tris on average.
